Command Syntax

:MTESt{1:16}:MARGin:PERCent <percent_margin>

<percent_margin> is a double.

Where the {1:16} specifier identifies a specific mask.

Query Syntax

:MTESt{1:16}:MARGin:PERCent?

Description

Sets the amount of mask margin to apply to the selected mask. The margin is expressed as a percentage (−100 to +100). Manual margin configuration must first be selected using the :MTESt:MARGin:METHod. Negative mask margins encroach on the area of the standard mask. Positive mask margins expand the area of the mask. Margin percent can also be queried from the Mask Tests results table using :MEASure:MTESt:MARGin?.
