Command Syntax
:SPRocessN:RCOSine:FEND <end-frequency>
<end-frequency> is a double.
Where N identifies one of up to 64 possible operators {1:64} that can be defined as part of a math function. The operators are numbered in the order that they were originally added to the function.

Description
Specifies the end frequency in Hertz of a Bessel filter operator. To specify the start frequency, use the :SPRocess:RCOSine:FSTart command. To configure the filter's Aliased Noise Processing, use the :SPRocess:RCOSine:PNOise command.
Requires FlexDCA revision A.07.40 or greater.
