Where N identifies one of sixty four {1:64} math functions that you can create. For example, :FUNCtion2.
<time> is a double.

Description
When an DDR5 clock recovery mode is selected (see :FUNCtion:CRECovery:MODE), this command specifies the expected or measured tDQS2DQ time for the device under test (DUT). The proper value will align the strobe (clock) with the data bit. Delay/skew can be expected with unmatched paths.
