Command Syntax

:CHANnelN:YUNits {VOLT | WATT | AMPere | UNKNown}

Where N identifies a specific channel and must be selected from {1:8}{A|B|C|D}. For example, CHANnel3C.

Query Syntax

:CHANnelN:YUNits?

Description

Sets or queries the waveform's vertical units, which can be either volts, Watts, amperes, or unknown. Units other than volts are possible when an external transducer is specified as being connected to the input channel. Use the :CHANnel:TRANsducer:STATe and :CHANnel:TRANsducer:UNITs commands for this task.
