Description

Selects to save a screen image to a file after the limit test acquires the specified number of waveforms, samples, or patterns. Use the :LTESt:ACQuire:CTYPe command and its :WAVeforms, :SAMPles, or :PATTerns child commands to specify the test conditions required to end the test. Use the commands shown in the following table to configure the output file.
