Command Syntax

:MEASure:TDR:TVOLt:SOURce {TRACe{1:128} | CHANnel{N} | DIFF{N} | FUNCtion{1:16} }

{N} identifies a specific channel and must be selected from {1:8}{A|B|C|D}. For example, 3C. For differential channels, the identifier to select from is {1:8}{A|C}. For example, 1A but not 1B.

:MEASure:TDR:TVOLt:SOURce?

Description

The TVOLt measurement can be made on T-domain parameters, S-parameters, channels, differential channels, and function waveforms. A T-domain parameter or S-parameter waveform is selected by using the TRACe argument as shown in the following example. The parameter is assigned to a trace number when you create the trace using :TRACe subsystem commands.
