The Pattern commands allow you to specify the BERT pattern in Jitter mode. Using the :MEASure:PATTern:MODE command, you can specify that the pattern (NRZ or PAM4) be automatically detected, specified to be a known pattern, or a pattern loaded from a BERT pattern file (*.ptrn). These commands are similar to the pattern commands that are used to specify the pattern for a signal processing Decision Feedback, Linear Feed Forward, or TDECQ Reference equalizer operator.
