Command Syntax

:TRIGger:SLOPe  {POSitive | NEGative}

Query Syntax

:TRIGger:SLOPe?

Description

Specifies the slope of the edge on which to trigger. Triggering may occur on the rising (POSitive) or the falling (NEGative) transition of the trigger edge, but not both. An edge is identified as a specified slope and, once the slope is found, FlexDCA triggers when the trigger signal crosses the threshold level.

On Option N1000A-PLK instruments, the slope settings are unavailable (shaded) whenever pattern lock is on (:TRIGger:PLOCk ON) or Clock Trigger trigger bandwidth (:TRIGger:MODE) is selected.
