Reporting Limit Test Results (Save Waveform tab)
Use the Save Waveform tab of the Specify Report Action for Limit Test dialog to save a waveform for a limit test. Close the dialog to return to the Limit Test dialog.
Use the Select Waveform Source to select a waveform source (input channel, function, or memory) available at the time the limit test is stopped. For each source, specify if the waveform is saved to disk or to waveform memory. A saved waveform contains the vertical and horizontal scaling information you can use to rescale the waveform.
Click Set All Destinations to Off to set the destination for all waveform sources to Off. You can then specify a new destination for each source.
The Save Waveform tab is not available in Jitter mode.
A waveform memory can contain only one waveform at a time. Use the waveform memory option when you are looking for only one failure during the limit test. You can specify a different destination for each waveform source. For example, you can save channel 1A to an external memory device and channel 2A to a memory.
