Adjustments Overview

Below are the adjustments available in the N7870A application. Adjustments for the M9300A reference module are supported by the separate calibration application N7873A.

  • Running an adjustment will invalidate the calibration date of that module as well as the calibration information for all PXIe systems that the module belongs to.

  • The M9300A frequency reference module must be installed in slot 10 of the chassis.

  • In all test equipment configurations, cables and adapters must be properly torqued. Exceeding recommended torque values can cause damage to a cable or adapter, and can cause inaccurate test results.
