:CALibrate:PROBe:CHANnelN:STATus:DTEMperature?
Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.
Description
Queries the change in the instrument's temperature from the time when the last vertical or skew calibration was performed on the probe on the specified channel. If a calibration has not yet been performed, a value of NaA (9.91E+37) is returned. A calibration should be performed if the change in temperature exceeds ±5°C.
