Query Syntax

Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.
Description
Queries the change in the instrument's temperature from the time when the last vertical calibration was performed on the probe on the specified channel.
If an adjustment has not yet been performed, a value of NaA (9.91E+37) is returned.
An adjustment should be performed if the change in temperature exceeds ±5°C.
