:FUNCtion EYE Commands

Command Syntax

:FUNCtionN:EYE:WINDow:WIDTh<percent>

Where N identifies one of sixty four {1:64} math functions that you can create. For example, :FUNCtion2.

<percent> is a double.

Query Syntax

:FUNCtionN:EYE:WINDow:WIDTh?

Description

MEASUREMENTS AFFECTED

Infiniium uses the eye boundaries during these measurements:

  • Eye Amplitude
  • Crossing %
  • Duty-Cycle Distortion
  • Eye Height
  • Signal to Noise Ratio
  • One Level
  • Zero Level

When the "At Clock Time" eye window determination method is selected (see :FUNCtion:EYE:WINDow:METHod), this command specifies the UI percentage width about the recovered clock location to use as the eye window. A zero percent for this setting means only the recovered clock location is used.

This command is equivalent to the settings in the Eye tab of the Configure Measurements dialog box.
