:MTESt:SEARch
Command Syntax
:MTEStN:SEARch
Where N identifies a specific mask and must be a value from 1 to 16 {1:16}. For example, :MTESt2 selects mask 2.
Description
When mask test scaling uses manual alignment (see :MTESt:ALIGnment:X and :MTESt:ALIGnment:Y), this command stops acquisitions, highlights the first mask failure UI in the waveform window, and enables navigation to highlight other mask test failure UIs in the most recent acquisition.
This command is the same as selecting Show failed UIs in the graphical user interface.
To navigate mask test failure UIs, use the :NAVigation Subsystem.
To stop navigating mask test failure UIs, use the :NAVigation:EXIT command. Clearing the display (:ACQuire:CDISplay) or making another acquisition, for example with a Run (:ACQuire:RUN) or Single (:ACQuire:SINGle), also exits mask test failure UI navigation.
Use an *OPC (Operation Complete) query to pause program execution while waiting for this command to complete.
