Description

Returns a string that provides the change in temperature (Celsius) from the last slot timebase calibration. Use the :CALibrate:TIMebase:SLOT:STATus? parent query to determine if a calibration is needed and how the calibration is made.

The following is an example of the returned string, which indicates that the temperature of the N1000A has risen 1.73°C:

"1.730000000E+00"
