Where {1:64} identifies a function.

Where the argument WMEMory{1:8} identifies a waveform memory.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:WMEMory?

Description

Upon completion of an mask limit test, selects a waveform memory as a destination to save a function waveform. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:STATe command to enable and disable waveform reporting for the channel.
