Command Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:STATe {DISK | MEMory | OFF}

Where {1:64} identifies a function.

Query Syntax

Description

Saves a function waveform to a file after the mask limit test acquires the specified number of failures. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:MRESult:FAILures command to specify the number of failures required to end the test. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
