Description

Saves a function waveform to a file after the mask limit test acquires the specified number of failures. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:MRESult:FAILures command to specify the number of failures required to end the test. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:16}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
