Where the specifier {1:8}{A|B|C|D} identifies the channel.

Description

Saves a channel waveform to a file after the mask limit test acquires the specified number of failures. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:MRESult:FAILures command to specify the number of failures required to end the test. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{1:8}{A|B|C|D}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
