Command Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:STATe {DISK | MEMory | OFF}

CHANnel{N} identifies the channel as in CHANnel1A, CHANnel1B, …, CHANnel4D.

:LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:STATe?

Description

Saves a channel waveform to a file after the mask limit test acquires the specified number of failures. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:MRESult:FAILures command to specify the number of failures required to end the test. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
