Where {1:8}{A|C} identifies a differential channel.

Description

Saves a differential waveform to a file after the mask limit test acquires the specified number of failures. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:MRESult:FAILures command to specify the number of failures required to end the test. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:DIFF{1:8}{A|C}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
