:TDR Deskew Commands

Command Syntax

:TDR:DESKew:DUT DUTN

Where N indicates one of 16 possible DUT setups. For example, :DUT4.

Query Syntax

:TDR:DESKew:DUT?

Description

Selects the DUT setup on which to perform a step deskew using the TDR Step Deskew Wizard. If only one DUT setup has been created, it is not necessary to use this command. Use the :TDR:DESKew:STARt command to start the TDR Step Deskew Wizard.

Requires FlexDCA revision A.04.00 and above.
