In Oscilloscope mode, this dialog allows you to apply an offset, in seconds, to all limit lines that are defined in the selected Limit Line Test. Use this feature to shift the limit lines in reference to the waveform. The initial position of the limit lines (0s offset) is specified in the Limit Line Test file. Horizontal offset is not available in TDR/TDT mode.
