For most situations, you'll want to use Quick PLTS AFR to deembed your fixtures. Compared to full PLTS AFR, Quick PLTS AFR has fewer options, takes less time, and does not require an extensive knowledge of PLTS. With Quick PLTS AFR, you can choose between measurements using open and shorts or 2X Thru standards.

Measurements using a short or open

You can characterize the fixture using a combination of measurements using open and short standards depending on your fixture. Some fixtures radiate energy on the open end which can degrade the measurement. In this case an additional measurement with a short improves the accuracy. For example, if the fixture is a probe you could short the probe tips together.
