Data Integrity Commands

DATA:INTegrity:INITialize

Reset all settings for data integrity check.

DATA:INTegrity:TOLerance <char>,<num>

Set or get the tolerance for reciprocity or causality.

DATA:INTegrity:ENForce[:STATe] <char>,<bool>

Turn on or off data integrity enforcement for the specified type.

DATA:INTegrity:ENForce:TYPE <char>

Get or set the output file type of data integrity enforcement.

Get the result of data integrity check.

Measurement Commands

Gets the calset catalog in the connected instrument.

MEASure[:SETup]:CALSet:DATE?

Gets the date of the specified calset.

MEASure[:SETup]:CALSet:TIME?

Gets the time of the specified calset.

 

Preference Command

PREFerences:TDR:ONEWay

Sets or gets the user preference to calculate and show the one-way time/distance for reflection parameters.

Turns ON of OFF AFR mode conversion.

Resets AFR configuration.

Gets or sets the manual stop time in AFR configuration.

Sets or gets the manual window coefficient type in AFR configuration.

Loads the calibration standards data from a file.

COM Commands - Control Channel Operating Margin (COM)

COM:CONFigure:FEXT:ADD

Adds a port group for the Fext.

COM:CONFigure:FEXT:CLEar

Clears the Fext port group.

COM:CONFigure:FILE

Sets or gets the Channel Operating Margin Configuration file.

COM:CONFigure:NEXT:ADD

Adds a port group for the Next.

COM:CONFigure:NEXT:CLEar

Clears the Next port group.

COM:CONFigure:THRU

 Sets or gets the Channel Operating Margin Thru ports.

COM:CONFigure:VERSion

Sets or gets the Channel Operating Margin Standard Version.

FILE:COM:RUN

Runs the Channel Operating Margin.

 

Plot Commands

FILE:VIEW:EYE:MEASurement:SAVE

Saves the eye measurement data of all plots in a view to a .txt file.

FILE:VIEW:LIMit:SAVE

Saves the limit test results of all plots in a view to a .txt file.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:REFResh

This command refreshes all traces in a plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:SCALe:RESet

Resets the scale of all plots in the same view.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:SCALe:X

Sets the x-axis scale of a plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:SCALe:Y

Sets the y-axis scale of a plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRAce:ACTive

Gets the index of the active trace in a plot.

This command sets the display type of the X axis to linear or logarithmic.

Resets the scale of all plots in the same view.

Port Rotation and Impedance Commands

Resets balanced port impedance settings.

Apply or undo balanced port impedance conversion.

Sets or gets the imaginary part of the common-mode port impedance.

Sets the type of PAM4 eye measurement.

AFR Commands

Specifies whether the port impedances are normalized in saving AFR fixture files.

 

Export Commands

Select parameters to export when the export file is a text file.

Specifies whether the existing port configuration is used in the export.

 

Plot Commands

Sets the plot display format.

Maximizes the specified plot or restores it to the original state.

Saves the trace data of all traces in the plot to a .csv file.

 

Import Commands

Loads a DUT configuration file to set the port map of the file to import.

Saves the DUT configuration in the import to a .dcf file.

 

Measurement Commands

Loads a DUT configuration file to set port mapping in the measurement.

Adds a new annotation to the specified plot.

Sets or gets the fixture file to embed on the specified port.

Sets initialize embedding.

Reverse the embedding file on the left.

FILE:EMBed:RREVerse

Reverse the embedding file on the right.

Turns embedding on or off.

 

Excess Reactance Measurement Commands - Enable/disable and get excess reactance.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:MEASure:REACtance:VALue?

Gets the measured excess reactance value of the specified trace.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:MEASure:REACtance[:STATe]

Turns on or off the measurement of excess reactance of the specified trace.

 

Export Commands - Specify how the file is to be exported.

Enables/disables exporting smoothed data.

File Merge Commands - Merge data files to make one Touchstone, Text, or Citifile.

Merges two data files with different frequency ranges to create one Touchstone, Text, or Citifile.

Sets the data format for the merged output file.

FILE:MERGe:INITialize

Reset the file merge settings.

FILE:MERGe:RANGe

Sets the data range for merged output file.

FILE:MERGe:RANGe:POINts

Sets the number of frequency points for the merged output file.

Sets the start frequency for the merged output file.

Gating Commands - Apply time domain gating to measured parameters.

FILE:GATE:ADD

Adds a gate to the specified parameter.

FILE:GATE:APPLy

Applies a gate to a parameter or removes all the gates on the parameter.

FILE:GATE:CATalog?

Returns the gates of the specified parameter.

FILE:GATE:DELete

Deletes a gate on the specified parameter.

FILE:GATE:DELete:ALL

Deletes all gates on the specified parameter.

FILE:GATE:MODE

Sets the gate mode.

FILE:GATE:TIME:STARt

Sets the start time of the gate in ns.

FILE:GATE:TIME:STOP

Sets the stop time of the gate in ns.

FILE:GATE:TYPE

Sets or gets the gate type.

 

Impedance Commands - Various commands for setting impedance.

FILE:IMPedance:PEELing[:STATe]

Turns on or off the correcting impedance profile feature.

FILE:IMPedance:SYSTem:COMMon

Sets or gets common mode impedance.

FILE:IMPedance:SYSTem:CONVersion[:STATe]

Enables or disables arbitrary mixed mode impedance conversion.

FILE:IMPedance:SYSTem:DIFFerential

Sets or gets differential  impedance.

 

Import File Commands - Specify how the file is to be imported.

IMPort:BUILd

Builds a single DUT file by importing data from multiple files.

IMPort:BUILd:FILE:SELect

Selects a file as one of the multiple data files to import and build a single file.

IMPort:BUILd:INITialize

Restores default import build settings.

IMPort:BUILd:PARameter:MAPPing:INDividual

Maps the parameters to import data from multiple files.

IMPort:BUILd:PARameter:MAPPing:PORT

Maps the ports to import data from multiple files.

IMPort:DOMain:TIME:FFT:FREQuency

Sets FFT stop frequency in GHz when importing time-domain data.

 

Legend Commands - Adds legends to traces on specified plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:LEGend:ALL:ADD

Adds legends for all traces on the specified plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:LEGend:ALL:DELete

Deletes legends on the specified plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:LEGend:TEXT:FILE

Sets or gets the legend on the plot for the specified file.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:LEGend:TYPE

Sets or gets the legend type for the specified plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:LEGend:ADD

Add legend for the specified trace to the plot.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:LEGend:DELete

Delete legend for the specified trace on the plot.

 

Marker Commands - Turn markers on and off, set to a specific position (X axis), and the X and Y values of the markers can be read.  

FILE:VIEW:MARKer:COUPling:GROup

Sets or gets the plot indices of the specified marker coupling group.

FILE:VIEW:MARKer:COUPling:GROup:ADD

Adds a new marker coupling group.

FILE:VIEW:MARKer:COUPling:GROup:CATalog?

Gets the marker coupling group catalog.

FILE:VIEW:MARKer:COUPling:GROup:DELete

Deletes the specified marker coupling group.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MARKer:EXPort

Exports marker data to a .txt file.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:MARKer:SEARch

Uses a marker to search a trace for the minimum, maximum, or target y-axis value with a specified unit.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:MARKer:SEARch:SPAN

Sets the search domain of  a marker.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:MARKer:SEARch:SPAN:USER:STARt

Sets the start point of the marker search range.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:MARKer:SEARch:SPAN:USER:STOP

Sets the stop point of the marker search range.

 

Plot Commands - Create new plots, scale plots, rename plots, format plots.

FILE:VIEW:CLEar

Deletes all plots in the view.

FILE:VIEW:NPLot:ALL

Adds all plots (at most 16) to a view, starting from the specified parameter.

FILE:VIEW:NPLot:ALL:FILE

Adds data sharing plots of the selected file to the selected view.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:NTRace:FILE

Adds a data sharing trace.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TEMPlate:EXPort

Exports the plot template to a .xml file.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TEMPlate:IMPort

Imports the plot template to a new plot in the specified view.

 

Risetime Measurement Commands - Set rise time parameters.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:RTIMe:INITialize

Initializes the rise time measurement settings.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:RTIMe:LIMit:VALue?

Gets the rise time limit value.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:RTIMe:TRACe

Sets the trace name for the rise time measurement.

Sets the type of rise time measurement.

 

RLCG Commands - Sets RLCG parameters.

FILE:RLCG:FREQuency

Sets or gets the highest extracted frequency in MHz for RLCG view.

FILE:RLCG:LENGth

Sets or gets the physical length in m for RLCG view.

 

Skew Measurement Commands - Sets skew measurement parameters.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:SKEW:INITialize

Initializes the skew measurement settings.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:SKEW:LIMit:VALue

Sets or gets the skew limit value.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:SKEW:REFerence:TYPE

Selects the measurement reference type (percent or voltage).

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:SKEW:REFerence:VALue

Selects the measurement reference value.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:SKEW:TRACe

Selects which skew of the specified trace to measure.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:MEASure:SKEW:TYPE

Sets the type of skew measurement.

 

Template and Report Commands - Import and export templates, catalog available templates, remove a specific template and create a report.

FILE:VIEW:TEMPlate:SAVE

Saves the template view with a new name.

 

Trace Commands - Set up number of traces, the X and Y data, the name of the trace, and delete traces.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:SMOothing:APERture

Sets or gets the percent of data points for trace smoothing.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:SMOothing:POINts

Sets or gets the number of points for trace smoothing.

FILE:VIEW:PLOT:TRACe:SMOothing[:STATe]

Turns trace smoothing on or off.

 

Velocity Factor Commands - Commands for setting velocity factor.

Set or get the velocity factor.
