:CGMemory:TBASe:GENeral:METHod

Command Syntax

:CGMemoryN:TBASe:GENeral:METHod  {AUTO | ABSolute}

Where N identifies one of eight color grade memories. For example, the color grade memory 2 would be identified as :CGMemory2.

Query Syntax

:CGMemoryN:TBASe:GENeral:METHod?

Description

For the indicated color grade memory, selects the method used to define the waveform top and base definitions. The command is equivalent to setting the signal's Top-Base Definition in the Thresholds > General tab of the Configure Measurements dialog box.

AUTO
Specifies that the top (100%) and base (0%) levels be automatically determined using a histogram of the signal's amplitude values. This is the default setting.
ABSolute
Allows you to enter absolute values for the top-base levels. When ABSolute is selected, use the :CGMemory:THReshold:GENeral:TOP and :CGMemory:THReshold:GENeral:BASE commands to enter the signal's top and base levels.
