Command Syntax

:DISPlay:EXTHw:DMODe {ATTenuation | GAIN | DB}

Query Syntax

:DISPlay:EXTHw:DMODe?

Description

This command selects the display mode for probes and external hardware: Attenuation, Gain, or Gain (dB). Displayed fields and values are shown in terms of the selected mode.

There are separate SCPI commands for modifying the settings of each mode. For example, :CHANnel:ESCaling:ATTenuation, :CHANnel:ESCaling:GAIN, or :CHANnel:ESCaling:DB.
