:CHANnel:SCRecovery:PLLoop:MODE
Command Syntax
:CHANnel{1:8}{A|B|C|D}:SCRecovery:PLLoop:MODE {JTF | OJTF}
Where the required specifier {1:8}{A|B|C|D}
identifies a channel by its module slot number and channel letter. For example, channel 3C (CHANnel3C
).
The channel specifier will fail if it does not include a slot number. If instead the suffix's channel letter is missing, the command defaults to letter A
. As a result, the best practice is to always explicitly specify the channel by including both the module slot number and channel letter.
Query Syntax
:CHANnel{1:8}{A|B|C|D}:SCRecovery:PLLoop:MODE?
Query Response
{JTF | OJTF}
Description
For the selected channel's software clock recovery, defines either the Jitter Transfer Function (JTF) or Observed Jitter Transfer Function (OJTF) for first- or second-order PLL loops. To select the loop order, use the :CHANnel:SCRecovery:PLLoop:ORDER
command.
- JTF
- Specify the loop bandwidth with the
:CHANnel:SCRecovery:PLLoop:JTF:BANDwidth
command. For second-order loops, define the loop peaking using the:CHANnel:SCRecovery:PLLoop:JTF:PEAKing
command. - OJTF
- Specify the loop bandwidth with the
:CHANnel:SCRecovery:PLLoop:OJTF:BANDwidth
command. For second-order loops, define the loop damping factor using the:CHANnel:SCRecovery:PLLoop:OJTF:DFACtor
command.
Before this command can take effect, you must disable shared acquisition parameters with the :CHANnel:RTSCope:TRACk
command.
Requires FlexDCA revision A.06.70 and above.
Example Command
:CHANnel2A:SCRecovery:PLLoop:MODE JTF
