Query Syntax
:CRECovery{1:8}:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:POINts?
Where the {1:8} specifier identifies a slot number. The slot number is associated with the N1060A, N1076A/B, N1077A, N1078A, or 86108B module with Option JSA. When an 86108B module is used, the slot number is always 1.
Description
Queries the number of data points in the jitter spectrum. The actual Y-formatted data can be returned as ASCII values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:ASCii:YDATa?), double values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:DOUBle:YDATa?), or float values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:FLOat:YDATa?).
The frequency at any point can be calculated as:

- Xincrement is the frequency spacing between the data points and is returned with the
:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XINCrement?query. - Xindex is an index counting from zero to the number of data points returned by the
:POINts?query. - Xorigin is the frequency value of the first data point and is returned using the
:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XORigin?query.
