Query Syntax
:CRECovery{1:8}:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XORigin?
Where the {1:8} specifier identifies a slot number. The slot number is associated with the N1060A, N1076A/B, N1077A, N1078A, or 86108B module with Option JSA. When an 86108B module is used, the slot number is always 1.
Description
Returns the origin value (frequency) of the jitter spectrum data. The actual Y-formatted data can be returned as ASCII values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:ASCii:YDATa?
), double values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:DOUBle:YDATa?
), or float values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:FLOat:YDATa?
).
The frequency at any data point can be calculated as:

- Xincrement is the frequency spacing between the data points and is returned with the
:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XINCrement?
query. - Xindex is an index counting from zero to the number of data points. Use the
:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:POINts?
query to return the number of points. - Xorigin is the frequency of the first data point, which is returned by the
:XORigin?
query.
Requires an N1060A, N1076A, N1077A, or 86108A/B clock-recovery module that has Option JSA (Jitter Spectrum Analysis and SW Clock Recovery Emulation).
