:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XINCrement?
Query Syntax
:CRECovery{1:8}:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XINCrement?
Where the {1:8} specifier identifies a slot number. The slot number is associated with the N1060A, N1076A/B, N1077A, N1078A, or 86108B module with Option JSA. When an 86108B module is used, the slot number is always 1.
Description
Returns the frequency spacing between the data points in the jitter spectrum. The actual Y-formatted data can be returned as ASCII values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:ASCii:YDATa?
), double values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:DOUBle:YDATa?
), or float values (:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:FLOat:YDATa?
).
The frequency at any point can be calculated as:
where,
- Xincrement is the frequency spacing between the data points and is returned by the
:INCrement?
query. - Xindex is an index counting from zero to the number of data points. Use the
:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:POINts?
query to return the number of points. - Xorigin is the frequency value of the first data point and is returned using the
:CRECovery:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:XORigin?
query.
Requires FlexDCA revision A.01.70 and above.
Requires a clock-recovery module that has Option JSA (Jitter Spectrum Analysis and SW Clock Recovery Emulation).
