Description
Returns an ASCII comma-delimited listing of all of the spectrum peaks (frequency and magnitude values) shown on the Jitter Spectrum graph, without regard to the band limiting markers. The peak values are returned in order from the lowest to the highest frequency in the following order:
<frequency>,<magnitude>,<frequency>,<magnitude>,<frequency>,<magnitude>,…
