Query Syntax

:JSAMemory:JSANalysis:SPECtrum:POINts?

Description

Returns the number of points in the JSA spectrum data. Use this value along with the values returned by the :XINCrement and :XORigin sibling queries to determine the frequency of any point returned as :ASCii:YDAta, :DOUBle:YDATa, or FLOat:YDATa.
