Command Syntax

:PTIMebase{1:8}:RTReference

Where the {1:8} specifier identifies module slot number that is associated with precision timebase.

Description

Resets the time reference. If the time reference fails to set, an error is produced. The usual causes for not being able to set the time reference include missing, too small, or too large signal or a frequency that is not in the specified ranges.

Use of an *OPC? query to pause program execution while waiting for this command to execute.
