Command Syntax

:PTIMebase{1 | 2}:RFRequency:AUTo {ON | OFF | 1 | 0}

Where the {1 | 2} specifier identifies module slot number that is associated with N1060A.

Query Syntax

:PTIMebase{1 | 2}:RFRequency:AUTo?

Description

Enables and disables automatic detection of the external precision-timebase reference frequency during an Auto Scale (:SYSTem:AUToscale). The default setting is ON. If pattern lock is turned on, the instrument may be unable to correctly detect an external reference frequency. If this happens, disable automatic detection.

On N1060A modules, an external reference source must be selected using the :PTIMebase:RSOurce command.

As of FlexDCA revision A.08.30 and above, this command no longer supports the 86107A precision timebase or 86108A/B precision waveform analyzer modules.
