Command Syntax

:TRACeN:DUT {DUT{1:16} | SPMemory{1:4}}

Where N identifies a specific trace and must be selected from 1 to 128 {1:128}.

Query Syntax

:TRACe{1:128}:DUT?

Description

With the DUT{1:16} argument, this command specifies a DUT setup from which to select a T-domain parameter or S-parameter response to assign to a trace. With the SPMemory{1:4} argument, this command specifies an S-parameter memory from which to select an S-parameter response to assign to a trace. Up to 16 DUTs can be configured using the DUT Setup dialog. DUTs are defined programmatically using the :TDR subsystem. One of four S-parameter memories can be selected as the source for a response. To select the actual T-domain parameter or S-parameter response to assign to the trace, use the :TRACe:PARameter command.
