Query Syntax

:TRACe{1:128}:XUNits?

Where the {1:128} specifier identifies a trace.

Query Response

{SEC | HERT}

Description

Queries the X-axis units-of-measurement for the indicated T-domain parameter or S-parameter trace. The units for T-domain parameters is seconds which is indicated with the returned SEC string. The units for S-parameters is Hertz which is indicated with the returned HERT string.
