The Jitter mode Data Dependent jitter (DDJ) measurements is pattern-related jitter caused by the combined effects of Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) and Duty Cycle Distortion (DCD). In Jitter Mode, Data Dependent Jitter is the peak-to-peak spread of the histogram of all edges as shown in the DDJ Histogram graph.
