Jitter
Waveform type:

The Jitter mode Inter-Symbol Interference Jitter (ISIJ) measurement is pattern-related jitter and is a component of Data Dependent Jitter (DDJ). It is a measure of how much the jitter on a symbol depends on its location within the pattern. ISIJ can be caused by insufficient bandwidth on channels and reflections that are the result of poor impedance matches. The other DDJ component is Duty Cycle Distortion (DCD). In Jitter Mode, ISIJ is derived from the Composite DDJ Histogram graph. It is the peak-to-peak spread of the histogram of the rising edges or the falling edges (whichever is greater).
