Description
In TDR/TDT, Eye/Mask, and Oscilloscope modes, specifies the source for saving S-parameters. The source can be an S-parameter memory or S-parameters from a TDR DUT setup (TDR/TDT mode only). The S-parameters are saved to a Touchstone file. Up to four S-parameter memories are available. Up to 16 DUT setups can be created in TDR mode using the :TDR:DUT:ENABle command. Use the :DISK:SPARameter:SAVE command to save the file.
