Command Syntax

:DISK:SPARameter:LFName "filename"

"filename" is a string. This command supports the DEFault common child command.

Query Syntax

:DISK:SPARameter:LFName?

Description

In TDR/TDT, Oscilloscope, or Eye/Mask modes, specifies the file (name, path, and extension) for recalling S-parameters into S-parameter memory. The default source folder is %USER_DATA_DIR%\S-Parameter Data. Use the :DISK:SPARameter:RECall command to actually load the file into memory. Use the query to determine the default S-parameter filename which is suggested based on the number of DUT ports.

Import File Types

File Type	Description
.ts2	Touchstone 2 file. Single-ended and differential data
.s1p	Touchstone 1 file. One-port single-ended device data (S11 or S22)
.s2p	Touchstone 1 file. Two-port single-ended device data (S11, S21, S22, S12)
.s4p	Touchstone 1 file. Four-port single-ended device data
.s8p	Touchstone 1 file. Eight-port single-ended device data
.s12p	Touchstone 1 file. Twelve-port single-ended device data
.s16p	Touchstone 1 file. Sixteen-port single-ended device data
.txt	Identical to the .s1p file type except for the .txt filename extension.
