Command Syntax

:FUNCtion{1:64}:PATTern:FORMat {NRZ | PAM4}

Where the {1:64} specifier identifies one of sixty four math functions that you can create. For example, :FUNCtion2.

Query Syntax

:FUNCtion{1:64}:FORMat?

Description

Specifies the format of the waveform that is input to the equalizer: NRZ or PAM4. You would use this command whenever you have turned off automatic detection of the waveform's Pattern Symbol Sequence with the :FUNCtion:PATTern:MODE command.

This command can be used with the following Signal Processing functions:
