Command Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:WMEMory WMEMory{1:8}

Where {1:64} identifies a function.

Where the argument WMEMory{1:8} identifies a waveform memory.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{1:64}:WMEMory?

Description

Upon completion of an measurement limit test, selects a waveform memory as a destination to save a function waveform. Use the :LTESt:MEASure:SWAVeform:FUNCtion:STATe command to enable and disable waveform reporting for the channel. Use the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:STATe command to turn off the measurement limit test.
