Use the N1091BJCA Electrical TX Test software to measure your high speed serial host board, module or IC to all required transmit parameters in two IEEE 802.3 clauses: 100GBASE-KR4 and 100GBASE-CR4 (IEEE 802.3bj). The application includes approximately 40 tests, including:

• Signaling rate
• Rise and fall times
• Differential and common mode amplitudes
• Signal-to-noise
• Output waveform
• Jitter: Even-odd, BUJ and RJ
• Differential and common mode return lossess

With the application, you can use one of the following three test hardware setups that can address your test needs for today and into the future:

• N1000A/86100D DCA-X with N1060A/86108B (Integrated “One-Box” solution) - recommended
• N1000A/86100D DCA-X with DCA module and external clock recovery
• N109X Electrical DCA-M oscilloscope with external clock recovery
