Jitter Setup Commands

Command Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:EOPening {PROBability | SER}

Where N identifies one of four possible jitter/noise analyses {1:4}. For example, JITTer4.

Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTerN:JITTer:EOPening?

Description

This command selects between using a probability or a symbol error rate (SER) in conjunction with the Jitter Bathtub curve when calculating the total jitter (TJ) and Eye Width.

When PROBability is selected, use the :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:EOPening:PROBability command to enter the measurement probability value.

When SER is selected, use the :MEASure:JITTer:JITTer:TJBer command to enter the measurement SER value.
