:ECONtour:BERates

Command Syntax

:ECONtourN:BERates <list of BER rates>

Where N identifies a group of contour lines and must be {1:16}.

Where <list of BER rates> is a comma-separated list of rates as described below.

Query Syntax

:ECONtourN:BERates?

Description

Creates a group of contour lines in the selected group. Up to eight contour lines can be created in one of 16 groups. The command argument is a comma-separated list of BER rates with each rate defining a contour line. When this command is sent, any current contour lines for the specified contour-line group are replaced with the BER rates listed in the argument. For example, the following command argument would result in the two standard and two custom contour lines selections shown in the Eye Contour Group Setup dialog box:

:ECONtour{1:16}:BERates 1E-6,1E-12,2.4E-4,1.5E-15

The query form of the command returns the contour lines defined for the specified contour-line group.
