Command Syntax

:MEASure:EYE:PAM:RMS:SOURce {CHANnel{N} | DIFF{1:8}{A|C} | CGMemory{1:8} | FUNCtion{1:16}}

{N} identifies a specific channel and must be selected from {1:8}{A|B|C|D}. For example, 3C.

Query Syntax

:MEASure:EYE:PAM:RMS:SOURce?

Description

Selects the source waveform on which to perform the levels RMS measurement for PAM4 or NRZ signals. The source must be an eye diagram.
