Use this command:

Random Commands

Command Syntax

:SPRocessN:RANDom:NOISe:UNITs {SDENsity | RMS)

Where N identifies one of up to 64 possible operators {1:64} that can be defined as part of a math function. The operators are numbered in the order that they were originally added to the function.

Query Syntax

:SPRocessN:RANDom:NOISe:UNITs?

Description

When the random noise is set to be bandwidth limited (:SPRocess:RANDom:NOISe:SPECtrum), sets the units to be RMS (RMS) or spectral density (SDENsity). If RMS is specified, use the :SPRocess:RANDom:NOISe:RMS command to specify RMS magnitude. If SDENsity is specified, use the :SPRocess:RANDom:NOISe:SDENsity command to specify spectral density (η0).
