Sigma-N (rms) provides additional insight into the Signal-to-Noise-and-Distortion Ratio (SNDR) measurement. The SNDR measurement calculates the Sigma-N (rms) which is the standard deviation of the noise. Whenever you turn on the SNDR measurement, the Sigma-N measurement is automatically displayed as well as the Sigma-E (rms) measurement, and the P-Max or P-Signal measurement.
