Command Syntax

:TPRogram:SETup:FIXTure "<fixture-name>" {[,LANE1,LANE2,LANE3,...]}

Where <fixture-name> is a name string that identifies the DUT Fixture or WDM DUT Fixture block on the Hardware Diagram. Be sure to include the double quote (") characters in the string. The string can include up to 20 valid Windows file name characters.

[LANE1,LANE2,LANE3,...]

Description

When adding new lines to a Test Program, this command selects the lanes on a specified Fixture for measurements. This command is equivalent to the Fixture Lanes settings field in the Test Program Measurement Setup dialog. To disable all of a fixture's lanes for measurements, send this command without any lane arguments.

To enable or disable all lanes on all fixtures, use the :TPRogram:SETup:FIXTure:ALL command.
