Command Syntax

:TPRogram:SETup:TRANsition {RISing | FALLing | SLOWest}

Description

For the Test Plan, selects the Target Transition for the Transition Time measurement. The transition time can be set to RISing, FALLing, or SLOWest. The default selection is SLOWest.

To change the Target Transition for a single line in the Test Program, use the :TPRogram:SLINe:TRANsition command.
