To select a Test Program line

Select the line on which this command acts using the :TPRogram:SLINe:INDex command.

Command Syntax

:TPRogram:SLINe:TRANsition {RISing | FALLing | SLOWest}

Query Response

{RIS | FALL | SLOW}

Description

For a Station's selected Test Program line, selects the Target Transition for the Transition Time measurement. The transition time can be set to RISing, FALLing, or SLOWest. The default selection is SLOWest.

When adding new lines to a Test Program, use the :TPRogram:SETup:TRANsition command.
